Here's who I am & what I do
My name is Makenna Nystedt and I was born and raised in Parker, Colorado. I moved to Tucson, Arizona in 2020 to attend the University of Arizona to further pursue my education. In May 2024, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Eller College of Management. Presently, I am a graduate student at the University of Arizona pursuing my Master of Science in Marketing with an expected graduation of May 2025.
I began my professional journey in 2019 as a summer marketing assistant for a start-up organization, PEEKaMEET, in Denver, Colorado. This internship sparked my passion for the business world and since then I have worked on a number of individual and collaborative projects to learn and develop my skillsets.
With a passion for the business world, I decided to pursue a degree in Business Management to learn a diverse set of skills that can be applied to a variety of careers. I take pride in the work that I do and in the long-term relationships that I’ve built with my peers and coworkers. I am a firm believer that if you work hard, work collaboratively, and strive for success, you will reach your goals.
After an amazing experience in my undergraduate program at the Eller College of Management, I decided to continue my educational aspirations and pursue a Master of Science in Marketing. I was accepted into the Master of Science in Marketing program at the Eller College of Management for Fall 2024 and will be graduating in May 2025.​
